He is co-founder and former CEO of Treehouse Communities (Roots Management), a top five owner-operator of manufactured home communities in the U.S. Ridgway also co-founded and served as COO of Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), backed by Blackstone, where he helped build the nation’s first and largest institutional single-family rental company with over 80,000 homes. He is an active early-stage investor in real estate tech startups.

Abram Campbell serves as Chief Investment Officer, bringing extensive expertise in investment innovation and institutional strategy. Previously, as Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Treehouse Communities, he successfully grew assets under management from $40 million to $2 billion. Abram's professional background also spans venture capital and private equity, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth and institutionalize investment practices.

Tau Ili serves as Chief Operations Officer, bringing deep expertise in platform scaling and growth-focused system implementation. Previously, as COO of Roots Management, Tau led national market operations and drove transformative expansion of the company’s portfolio platform. He is highly skilled at aligning operational strategies with business growth objectives to achieve sustainable performance.

Jany joined Forever 6 as Chief Financial Officer in June 2020, overseeing finance, controllership, business operations, corporate development, and company strategy. She previously served as Financial Controller at Fifth Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm, and as CFO at Cornerstone Development Corporation, managing finance for real estate acquisitions and developments. Jany began her U.S. career with Trammell Crow Company after working as a Senior Auditor at KPMG in Taipei. She holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Texas Arlington and is a member of the Texas Society of Board-Certified Public Accountants.

Justin Filley is an accomplished technology strategist specializing in PropTech, FinTech, franchising, banking, and IT consulting. He currently serves as CTO for BLVD Residential, a $300M SFR investment platform, and Forever6, a family office focused on real estate and PropTech ventures. Previously, Justin was CTO and co-president at ProfitKeeper, a SaaS analytics platform, and a senior global solutions architect at Dell Technologies. His expertise includes software development, infrastructure management, security, and compliance, enabling him to drive business transformation through strategic technology solutions.

Sterling Wahl is a marketing leader with over 15 years of experience specializing in digital strategy, brand management, and lead generation. He began his career focussing on client communications and brand management for Apollo Education Group and University of Phoenix, later broadening his expertise and leading client acquisition and strategy at MWI, a global digital marketing agency. Most recently, Sterling served as Vice President of Marketing in the senior housing industry, successfully driving growth, brand visibility, and strategic initiatives in the space.

David Wang leads Greater China Investments, bringing extensive experience in global real estate and asset management. Prior to this role, he served as CEO of Longfor Group’s U.S. operations and as Head of Overseas Real Estate Investment at Taikang Asset Management, where he oversaw cross-border investment strategies and portfolio growth across major markets.

Bobby Kelly is the Chief of Staff at Forever 6, where she partners directly with the firm's leadership to manage internal operations, people strategy, investor communications, and risk

oversight. With over 15 years of experience in operational leadership roles across real estate, investment firms, and fast-paced founder-led businesses, Bobby brings a rare combination of execution, discretion, and organizational excellence.
